Mallorca Recommendations, From a Hotel That Gets It
A curated list of restaurants, beach clubs, hikes, and shops across Mallorca—elevated, effortless, and entirely worth your time.
When I get recommendations, I vet the source. Is it someone who only dines Michelin and drinks Krug before noon, or someone who understands the joy of a grilled prawn eaten barefoot, post-swim? Both have their place. But when it comes to who I trust—it’s the hotels with taste. The ones that aren’t trying too hard. That feel like they know the crowd they attract and curate their list accordingly. This one does.
This hotel gets that you might want a tasting menu in a 500-year-old olive press and a seaside Aperol with light bites post-swim. Their recs span iconic, luxurious, and wildly local—and for that, they’ve earned my trust.
With summer on the horizon, here’s the full list—vetted and updated for this year—of the best in and around Palma and across the island, broken down for ease: dining (both Michelin and market-fresh), natural wine spots, brunch and cafés, markets, beaches, calas, hikes, beach clubs, and where to shop local or luxe.

Enjoy, xx.
Where to Eat in Mallorca
There’s a time for tasting menus and a time for grilled fish by the sea. I like a list that reflects both—and this one does. These are the places I’d actually go: some refined, some more authentic, all worth booking. A mix of Michelin stars, beloved neighborhood spots, and lunches that make you want to linger- curated with an eye for quality, not just clout.
